In 1995, Tandem Properties, Inc. and the Aggie Pack combined forces to create a fun, unique, and student-focused environment. From the UC Davis athletic field to the bed in your home, Tandem Properties knows how to "Shack the Aggie Pack". But simply housing the Aggie Pack is not enough. Tandem has created something special for the Aggie Pack, in a blowout event they like to call Tandemonium. You may have seen or read the word Tandemonium on the back of the 2006-2007 Aggie Pack T-shirt and wondered "what exactly is Tandemonium and why was it on the back of my shirt?" Well, Tandemonium and the Aggie Pack have a special link between them: 1) Tandem Properties is the official sponsor of the Aggie Pack T-shirt and 2) Tandemonium is the brain child of Tandem Properties.

Tandemonium shows a behind the scenes sneak peak at what Tandem Properties Apartments have to offer UC Davis Aggie Pack students and a first crack opportunity to sign leases and put down deposits before everyone else.
